๐Ÿงผ Service disclaimer: Estimates from our price calculator are indicative and confirmed before work begins. Results depend on surface condition, home size accuracy and access. Biohazard cleanup, pest infestation, or structural repairs are outside our scope. Our liability for any visit is limited to the amount paid for that visit or a free re-clean, at our discretion.

1. Acceptance

By accessing sparklehomenow.com ("the Service") or booking a cleaning, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

2. Bookings, access & safety

  • Provide accurate home details (size, rooms, pets) so we can assign the right team and time.
  • Ensure a safe working environment: working utilities, adequate lighting, and no hazardous materials.
  • Someone 18+ must be present at the start of the first visit to walk through the checklist.
  • Our professionals may decline unsafe tasks (heights without equipment, broken glass, biohazards).

3. Pricing, payment & cancellation

  • Final price is confirmed before work begins; you approve any change first.
  • Payment is collected after completion, unless a plan subscription states otherwise.
  • Free cancellation up to 6 hours before the slot; later cancellations may incur a 20% slot fee.

4. The Sparkle Guarantee

If any checklist item isn't cleaned to standard, report it within 48 hours with photos and we will re-clean the affected areas free of charge. The guarantee covers the booked checklist only, and doesn't apply to wear-and-tear, permanent damage or pre-existing conditions.

5. Your conduct & our professionals

Please treat our professionals with respect โ€” harassment or unsafe requests end bookings immediately. Likewise, our professionals follow conduct rules; report any issue to us and we will act within 24 hours. Professionals may not accept direct cash tips or off-platform engagements.

6. Emails & cancellation

You may cancel marketing emails anytime via the unsubscribe page. You may delete your account by contacting support@sparklehomenow.com.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SparkleHomeNow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

9. Changes & contact
